Password Reuse
Password reuse is not the same as password history. Reuse is using the same password at work and all your personal accounts. If your password is compromised in the wild your work account can be compromised.
Two ways to fix this issue first is for the company to create a Password Reuse Policy and have the employees sign it. The second and best method is to use MFA (Multifactor Authentication).
If the issue is discovered the company should force password expiration forcing the employees to change their password immediately.
